Saint Joseph College - IT DEPARTMENT

The Civil Engineering Department of Saint Joseph College was founded on June 4, 1973. Renewal of Permit was done every year from the year it was founded up to 1984.

In 1982 through 1984 renewal permit was granted to the said department and in June 18, 1985 it was recognized by Ched.

The First Dean of the said department was Sr. Anthony Kuizon,OSF and Engr. Eunice Montañez as assistant dean. In 1989 through 1991 Maloney Samaco took-over as dean.Since he ran as councilor in 1991, Engr. Soterlita Pepino took the place of Engr. Samaco in 1992 up to the present .

Through the years the Civil Engineering Department had grown into a discipline and close knit department. It also produced compitent engineers and many board passers who become distinguished in their field of endeavors. Its growth and development is largely due to the well coordinated effort, unity and dedication of its administration, faculty, non-teaching staff and students who always aim high for excellence!.
