Saint Joseph College \u2013 Maasin City proudly presents its GreenHawks Sports Development Office, the heart of athletic excellence and character formation in the institution. Rooted in the mission of developing the whole person \u2013 body, mind, and spirit \u2013 the Sports Development Office stands as the central body responsible for all athletic programs and activities for the academic year 2023\u20132024 and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a strong belief that sports is not just a physical activity but a tool for transformation, the SJC GreenHawks Sports Development Program provides a structured, year-round framework that promotes consistent training, discipline, and sportsmanship among student-athletes. This program is not only designed to enhance the physical and technical abilities of our young athletes but also to instill core values of teamwork, leadership, and resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response to the growing need for improvement and competitiveness at the regional and national levels, the program introduces a goal-oriented approach focused on developing potential talents, nurturing them through advanced training, and exposing them to actual game experiences and competitive events. The GreenHawks initiative underscores the importance of early exposure, constant refinement of skills, and a solid foundation for coaches through continuing education and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supported by the school\u2019s Finance Department through PRISAA contributions and athletic fees, the program also ensures logistical and incentive support to athletes, affirming the institution’s deep commitment to sports development. Whether through intramurals, local tournaments, regional meets, or national competitions, the SJC GreenHawks soar with pride, carrying the values of Saint Joseph College wherever they compete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SJC GreenHawks Sports Development Office invites the entire Educative Family to rally behind our athletes and coaches as we pursue the vision of producing champions \u2013 in the game, in life, and in faith.
