SJC Academic Non-Teaching Personnel Take Mental Health Break in Molopolo, Liloan, Southern Leyte

In a vibrant and refreshing initiative to prioritize mental wellness and workplace camaraderie, the Academic Non-Teaching Staff of Saint Joseph College (SJC) took a rejuvenating break by the sea at Molopolo Beach Resort in Liloan, Southern Leyte.

The day was filled with laughter, games, and bonding moments under the shade of coconut trees and the calming view of the sea. Organized as part of the college’s wellness and development program, the team building aimed to strengthen interpersonal relationships among the staff, promote collaboration, and recognize the essential role non-teaching personnel play in the daily operations of the institution.

Participants enjoyed various group activities and games designed to encourage teamwork, strategic thinking, and communication. Beyond the structured exercises, the event also served as a much-needed break, allowing the staff to unwind and reconnect with colleagues in a relaxed and natural environment.
