Standing on the negative side of the proposition: โShould SK Officials be exempted from NSTP courses?โ, the Liberal Arts students from Saint Joseph College were hailed as the Champion for the Maasin SK Federationโs Linggo ng Kabataan Inter-Collegiate Debate Competition. The participants were Ms. Shane Gaviola, Mr. Leonard Francis Rivera, and Seminarian Russell Vaugh Tuyan together with Ms. Jennielyn Utrera as their researcher and Ms. Treza Tomol as the adviser. Mr. Rivera was awarded as Best Rebuttal Speaker and Seminarian Tuyan as Best Debater.
Truly, even in the art of argumentation and rhetoric, Josephinians do excel. Together with Saint Joseph, we take the lead. Warmest Congratulations!
