The Professional Regulation Commission reschedules the September 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) from September 27-28 to November 22-23, 2025, due to Severe Tropical Storm “Opong” forecasted to make landfall in the Philippines tomorrow, September 26. This is in consideration of the health and safety of the examinees and assigned examination personnel.
