Today, we are coming together in honor of the World Mental Health Day. Having said that, let us, especially our brave survivors, pause to reflect on how we overcame those times when we were tested by natural calamities or inevitable life experiences. Together as a united nation, we can raise mental health awareness, alleviate the challenges, and rise stronger as one.

Speaking of stories of survival, there are many survivors who have entrusted themselves to the power of faith and prayer through being optimistic amidst all. During challenging times, we are reminded that support is out there, that change is possible, and that no one is ever alone.

We have already survived and surpassed many dilemmas. Let us now amplify the voices of the hopefuls: to see them, to learn from them, and to inspire them so that we, too, may keep going. Our mind, our treasure. Let us care, protect it at all costs!
