What: Basic First Aid Training

The Basic First Aid Training began with a prayer, followed by a discussion on diseases and their management. The CPR module was then introduced, emphasizing its importance.
Instructors Arjay Dumalagan and Mark Roa demonstrated CPR techniques in the morning, with students observing closely. The afternoon was dedicated to hands-on practice, where each student took turns performing CPR under supervision, showing noticeable improvement throughout the session.
The training effectively provided both theoretical knowledge and practical CPR experience, preparing students to respond confidently in emergencies.
