In observance of the 97th founding anniversary of Saint Joseph College, thousands of Josephinians convened at the SJC Mambajao Campus to welcome the exciting first day of the five-day celebration of Family Day III: College Days 2025 with this yearβs theme “Celebrating the building up together of SJC gratefully” on February 10, 2025.
The celebration continued with the State of the Presidentβs Address, delivered by Msgr. Oscar A. Cadayona. In his address, Msgr. Cadayona outlined key initiatives aimed at improving the institution, as well as the performance of the Josephinians with the assistance and dedication of all faculty members.
His address marked the beginning of a strengthened Josephinian community, with a commitment to enhance the quality of education and foster a holistic learning environment for students, faculty, and staff. He presented bold plans focused on the future, promoting a clear vision of growth, development, and a commitment to excellence.
The highlight of his address was recognizing the vital contributions of the Deans from each Department, acknowledging their role in imparting knowledge and fostering innovation to benefit all students. He encouraged collaboration among all staff towards achieving shared goals in academic success and community enrichment. The audience was deeply engaged, responding positively for the betterment.
The remaining days of Family Day III: College Days 2025 will continue to feature various initiatives aimed at enhancing the learning experience and fostering a greater sense of community for all Josephinians.
