COLLEGE LIBRARY โ The Saint Joseph College Research Council, in collaboration with the Southern Leyte State UniversityโTomas Oppus, successfully conducted the second phase of the Project SULAT Research Workshop Series at the College Library on August 29, 2025.
The second workshop focused on Scale Development, which is a crucial step in equipping the faculty-researchers with the necessary skills and knowledge needed to create and validate high-quality research instruments.
During the workshop, the SJC faculty-researchers engaged in exercises on factor analysis and reliability analysis. These processes are essential in creating effective research tools, especially for producing productive and credible research.
