Just like the Babaylans of history, modern Filipinas continue to lead with wisdom, resilience, and courage. The Saint Joseph College ROTC Unit remains committed to promoting equality, respect, and opportunity for all, while instilling the values of Honor, Patriotism, and Duty among every cadet.
In celebration of National Women’s Month, the Saint Joseph College Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit proudly recognizes the courage, leadership, and dedication of Filipina cadets who continuously prove that strength and service know no gender. Through discipline, training, and commitment to duty, these women stand as role models who inspire others to pursue excellence in both academics and service to the nation. Their presence in the field of leadership and defense reflects the growing empowerment of women in building a more inclusive and progressive society.
