The College of Engineering and Architecture of Saint Joseph College marked PICE Month with CEAMposium 2025, a one-day symposium themed โEmpowering Membership, Promoting Specialization: Building a Stronger PICE for the Preferred Futureโ at the CCN Mini Theatre on December 5, 2025.
The morning session featured AR/RMP Ronald Ryan B. Obligado, UAP/NAMPAP, who discussed firewall provisions for residential projects, followed by Engr. Reginald P. De Guia, MEng, who tackled the structural design of curtain walls. Both lectures emphasized how safety and precision shape modern structural planning.
The highlight of the program came in the afternoon with Engr. Verben H. Siega, MMEP, delivering his talk โBlueprints for Purpose: Becoming a Civil Engineer Who Makes a Difference.โ He underscored that true engineering goes beyond technical expertiseโit is a responsibility to build with integrity and serve communities.
In a single day, CEAMposium 2025 equipped young architects and engineers with deeper specialization and a renewed purpose: to build not only structures, but a future that genuinely improves lives.
