๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ officially welcomed Academic Year 2026โ2027 through its successful 1๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, on July 20, 2026, at the Bishop Hacbang Gymโbringing together Josephinian Civil Engineering and Architecture students, faculty members, and student organizations for an afternoon of learning, orientation, and camaraderie.
The assembly commenced with opening remarks, followed by the introduction of the departmentโs faculty and staff and an inspiring message from the Dean, highlighting the values of academic excellence, professionalism, and service. Representatives from YCBC, PICE, and UAPSA also conducted their respective orientations, acquainting students with the opportunities and activities that await them throughout the academic year.
Students were likewise informed of the departmentโs attendance policies, rules and regulations, and important announcements, ensuring that everyone begins the semester with preparedness and a shared understanding of the expectations that shape the CEA community.
More than an orientation, the General Assembly served as a reminder that every academic journey is strengthened by the unity among students and the faculty, fostering meaningful collaboration, and a common commitment to excellence. As another chapter unfolds, may this gathering inspire every CEAtizen to embrace the challenges that this academic year may bring, and create stronger connections to continue building a brighter future for CEA.

๐ป๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ gathered to celebrate a milestone of perseverance and achievement during the ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ, on July 20, 2026, at the Bishop Hacbang Gym, under the theme, "๐บ๐๐๐๐: ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐."
The celebration began with a Holy Eucharist at the Maasin Cathedral, followed by a motorcade before continuing with the program proper at the Hacbang Gym. Students, faculty members, alumni, and guests came together to recognize the newest additions to the profession and the dedication that brought them to this moment.
The program featured a welcome address, an inspirational message from the College Dean, the presentation of the newly licensed Civil Engineers, and heartfelt words from the passers themselves. More than recognizing a successful board examination, the gathering celebrated the years of hard work, sacrifice, and determination behind every name called on stage.
True to its theme, Sinag served as a reminder that success is meant to be shared. The achievements of the college's newest Civil Engineers stand not only as personal victories but also as a source of inspiration for every Josephinian who continues to pursue the same dream.
As one chapter begins for our newly licensed engineers, another is just taking shape for those who aspire to follow in their footsteps. May their stories continue to inspire future Josephinian Civil Engineers and Architects to persevere, rise above every challenge, and one day carry the same light of excellence.
