Saint Joseph College receives ‘Catalyst for Development Award’ from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Southern Leyte Office during the 5th Annual Pasidungog 2025 held at the Provincial Coliseum.
The award pays tribute to the institutionโs leadership in co-creation and collaboration toward advancing the Southern Leyte Sub-Regional Local Governance Resource Centerโs vision of innovative communities for sustained local development.
