The SJC Junior High School and Senior High School Departments, in partnership with the Department of Health, City Health Unit, and City Youth Development Office, organized a Drug Awareness, Health and Wellness Seminar at the Bishop Mandia Gymnasium on July 11, 2025.
The seminar aimed to educate the young students of Saint Joseph College, raising their awareness on the dangers of drug use and abuse. The seminar included topics about Crime Prevention, Mental Health, HIV/AIDS, and Early Teenage Pregnancy which are common problems for the world today.
Resource speakers took the time to discuss these topics to the students, guiding them on the right track. It is up to our own selves to act up for a better tomorrow. Prevention will always be better than any known cure.
