The SJC Senior High School Department held a career talk for grade 12 students at the CCN Mini Theater on February 26, 2026. With a theme, “Choosing the Right Path: Career Planning and Values for College Success,” the school aids students in making informed, confident decisions about their future plans by aligning their interests and aptitudes with potential career paths.
The program began with an opening remark delivered by Sr. M. Clare T. Bactasa, OSF, warmly welcomed the students, preparing them for what’s in store. Next came the career opportunities; different guest speakers were invited to talk on topics about medical and paramedical career fields, education and social services, nautical, marine, and related sciences, natural, social, and developmental sciences, business, management, finance, and entrepreneurship, and lastly, security, legal, and related careers.
Students immersed themselves as they pondered the different career opportunities available in their respective tracks. The program ended with high regard as the students become more knowledgeable, ready to take on their future path.
By understanding these fundamental steps for succession, students become confident and are better prepared to make decisions. May your future path be bright and full of surprises, Josephinians!
