The College of Teacher Education (CTE) honors the passers of the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) in an honoring ceremony held on the morning of July 18, 2025. The event aimed to celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of the 30 successful examinees.

The program began with a Thanksgiving Mass at the Maasin Cathedral, attended by faculty members, students, and honorees. This was followed by a formal recognition ceremony where the newly licensed professional teachers received certificates of recognition. Two of the honorees, Maria Norina Siega and Jackielyn Lora, delivered inspirational messages during the program, sharing heartfelt testimonials about their journey toward passing the board exam.

The ceremony stands as a testament to CTE’s dedication to academic excellence and its enduring support for the achievements of future educators within the college.
