We extend our sincere gratitude to our President, MSRG. Oscar Cadayona, our Guest of Honor and Speaker, JINSP Erlu T. Alvarez, Dr. Jhoanne L. Costillas, Vice President for Academics, and Mr. Franco Bandibas, Dean of the College of Criminology, for their guidance and support.
