Saint Joseph College , Junior High School Department conducted an outreach program at Lonoy Multi-Grade School on March 13, 2026, bringing joy, support, and meaningful assistance to the pupils and the local community.

The program began with an opening prayer led by Nathalija P. Espera, followed by the welcome address of Mrs. Rubelyn S. Sacro, PTA President. Ms. Mitzi Lao Dizon, CHRA, delivered the statement of purpose, emphasizing the importance of service, compassion, and community involvement.

Pupils of Lonoy Elementary School also showcased their talents through special presentations that added excitement to the program.

Inspirational messages were delivered by Dr. Melodina L. De La Cruz, SJC Junior High School Principal; Mr. Arnulfo S. Gamohay, School Head; and Hon. Celestino Laraga, Barangay Captain, who expressed their gratitude and encouragement to the organizers and participants.

As part of the outreach initiative, Saint Joseph College awarded scholarships to the Top 3 pupils in recognition of their outstanding academic performance. The school also extended support to the community by giving a cash donation for the construction of the schoolโ€™s gymnasium.

Moreover, school supplies and food were distributed to the pupils, bringing smiles and appreciation to the young beneficiaries. The activity also included a school campaign, where students and organizers promoted the importance of education, community cooperation, and school involvement.

The success of the outreach program was made possible through the leadership and support of Ernalin G. Saratan, Academic Coordinator and Adviser of the Clubs, together with Alicia Ramos, Club Coordinator, and the SJC club advisers who helped organize the activity.

The outreach program reflects Saint Joseph Collegeโ€™s commitment to community service and its mission of fostering compassion, generosity, and social responsibility among its students.
