PALO, LEYTE – May 27, 2025 – In celebration of the 31st Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Founding Anniversary and the 5th National Higher Education Day, the CHED Regional Office VIII held the prestigious Gawad Parangal 2025 at the Mary Ngo Hall, Saint Paul School of Professional Studies, Palo, Leyte.

One of the event’s distinguished honorees was Saint Joseph College, recognized for its unwavering support and reliable generosity in contributing to the success of CHED activities and regional initiatives.
